📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations using SAP Business One.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
• Maintain employee records and benefits administration using HRIS.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting to support financial planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting and HR roles, preferably in a healthcare or corporate setting.
• Proficiency in SAP Business One and HRIS systems.
• Certification in SAP FICO or HRIS is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Indonesian (both written and spoken) is required.
