The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate employee relations by addressing employee concerns and issues, and coordinating with management as needed.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities, such as training sessions and team-building exercises.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, document preparation, and other related tasks.,Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.,Previous experience in a multinational or international company is a plus.
