📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Team Leader in managing and coordinating team activities.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback and support.
  • Ensure that team members are aware of and meet their targets and deadlines.
  • Organize and lead team meetings and discussions.
  • Support the Team Leader in developing and implementing team strategies.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  • Maintain a positive and productive team environment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a team leadership or management role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in using office software and tools.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
