📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.,Manage and develop the restaurant staff, providing training and support to ensure a positive work environment.,Create and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and hygienic workplace.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
