📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage end-to-end transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and implement strategic transformation roadmaps, leveraging tools like SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement to build buy-in and drive adoption of transformation initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in organizational transformation.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in consulting, particularly in organizational transformation and digital initiatives.
• Certifications in PMP (Project Management Professional) and Six Sigma are a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering transformation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with consulting tools and software, such as Tableau, Power BI, and Jira.
