As the leader of our Facilities Transformation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of our facilities, from initial planning to final implementation, ensuring that our infrastructure meets the highest standards of efficiency, sustainability, and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of large-scale facilities transformation projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry best practices.
• Oversee the design, construction, and renovation of facilities, working closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of our facilities and meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations, and conduct regular audits to identify and address any issues.
• Manage and mentor a team of facilities managers, engineers, and support staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for facilities optimization and cost savings, and present recommendations for approval.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into our facilities transformation strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, or a related field, with at least 10 years of relevant experience in facilities transformation and project management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale facilities transformation projects, with a portfolio of completed projects to showcase.
• Strong knowledge of facility management software, such as FM:pro, ServiceMax, or similar platforms, and experience with building information modeling (BIM) tools like Revit or AutoCAD.
• Certifications in Lean Construction, Lean Six Sigma, or other relevant management methodologies are a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Professional certifications in facilities management, such as RICS, IFMA, or LEED AP, are highly desirable.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
