📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional guest services, including room service, housekeeping coordination, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
• Work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all guest rooms and public areas are well-maintained and presentable.
• Deliver seamless guest experiences by leveraging excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Assist in the smooth operation of the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms.
• Monitor guest room inventory and restock as needed to maintain a high level of service.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as hotel policies and procedures.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests and team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and guest relationship management (GRM) software.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest services and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
