📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions.,Coordinate with accounting and finance teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Lead and mentor junior finance staff, providing guidance and support.,Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies and policies.,Monitor and control company expenses to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or administration role.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Excellent organizational and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools.,Familiarity with financial regulations and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
