Stripe is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Development Manager to join our Alliances and Channels team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships and channel development to accelerate Stripe's market penetration and revenue growth.

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities in the fintech and e-commerce space.
  • Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and termination.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in partnership management.
  • Represent Stripe at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and thought leadership.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, channel development, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the fintech and e-commerce industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and partnership management software.
