Star Home Jaya is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cashier Clinic to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our clinic. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process patient payments accurately and efficiently.,Maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Handle cash and non-cash transactions with integrity and confidentiality.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.,Assist with insurance claims processing and follow-up.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.,Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure smooth operations.,Perform other related duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashier or similar role in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.,Proficiency in using computer software, especially accounting and financial software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid certification in cash handling and financial management is a plus.,Familiarity with Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
