📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues promptly.,Maintain the restaurant's reputation by implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.,Manage the restaurant's budget, including food costs, labor costs, and other expenses.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.,Monitor food and beverage quality, ensuring that all products are fresh, properly stored, and served according to company standards.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation practices.,Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
