🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and compensation management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using payroll software and spreadsheets.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.
