As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including food preparation, cooking, and service.,Ensure the store is clean, organized, and maintained to high standards.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.,Monitor sales and inventory levels, and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and food handling practices.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, and work to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the store and attract new customers.,Work closely with the corporate office to ensure the store is meeting company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a food service management role.,Experience in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant setting is preferred.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with customers, staff, and vendors.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with food safety and health regulations is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
