📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.,Process various financial transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer information.,Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly.,Promote the bank's products and services to customers.,Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.,Handle cash and perform cash reconciliation tasks.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of banking operations and procedures.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Familiarity with computer systems and software is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
