📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to engage and grow our padel community.
Create visually appealing and engaging content for various digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze social media performance to optimize our strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and sports marketing.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional videos.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the padel industry.
Manage and grow our social media presence, including our official Instagram and Facebook pages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Proficient in using social media platforms and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.
Strong understanding of graphic design principles and tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
Creative thinker with a passion for sports marketing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with the padel industry and its trends would be a plus.
