📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.,Provide regular updates and reports to management on key account performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients.,Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the F&B industry.,Strong understanding of coffee and the café industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and customer preferences.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
