📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store inventory, including stocking, organizing, and monitoring stock levels.,Support the Store Operator in maintaining a clean and well-organized store environment.,Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and answering questions.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Participate in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Assist in promotional activities and ensuring store displays are attractive and up-to-date.,Report any issues or concerns to the Store Operator or management.,Assist in training new staff and maintaining a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or a similar role.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Must be willing to travel within the region if required.
