📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the telesales team by providing guidance and support.,Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services.,Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales data.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.,Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using CRM and sales tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Good organizational and time-management skills.
