📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily agricultural operations, including harvesting, planting, and maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement operational plans to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of field workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns in the field.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of agricultural practices and operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of operations and team performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in agricultural operations or a similar role.
• Proven experience in leading and supervising teams in a field setting.
• Familiarity with agricultural software and tools such as AgriSoft, FarmLogs, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
