📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and tracking.,Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and comply with safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses to optimize costs.,Handle vehicle inspections and repairs as needed.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the logistics team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
