The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management principles and be able to work effectively with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are aware of their routes and schedules, and to address any issues they may have.,Work with mechanics to schedule maintenance and repairs, and to ensure that vehicles are properly serviced.,Monitor fuel usage and costs, and work to reduce waste and improve efficiency.,Ensure that vehicles are properly insured and that all necessary paperwork is up to date.,Assist with the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to drivers and other stakeholders as needed.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, logistics, or transportation management.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong understanding of fleet management principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Proficiency in the use of fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and laws related to fleet management.
