Net Cloud Pratama is seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Jimbaran, Bali. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the company's success by attracting and retaining top talent.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing.,Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction, and implement initiatives to improve workplace morale.,Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, and recommend improvements to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
