📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to employees and end-users.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.,Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems to ensure optimal performance.,Manage and maintain IT security protocols and procedures.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related issues.,Document and maintain IT-related procedures and policies.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.,Familiarity with IT security protocols and procedures.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of programming languages such as PythonJavaor C++.Familiarity with IT support tools and software such as ServiceNowJiraor Zendesk.Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWSAzureor Google Cloud.Certifications in IT support or related fields are a plus.
