📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide level 1 and 2 technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent downtime.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline IT support processes.
• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of security measures to protect our IT environment.
• Document all IT-related activities and maintain accurate records for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends to enhance our IT support capabilities.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure continuous improvement in our IT support services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and network protocols.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices for IT service management.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with end-users and other departments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
