📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production activities to ensure targets are met.,Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.,Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards.,Train and mentor production staff to improve efficiency and quality.,Manage inventory and ensure all materials are available for production.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes.,Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and quality checks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Understanding of safety protocols and regulations.,Ability to conduct training and development programs for staff.
