📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our company,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process,Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and requirements,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to recruitment team members,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention of talent
