Duta Indra Medical Center is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Outlet Staff to join our team. As an Outlet Staff, you will be responsible for managing our store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer needs.,Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and complaints professionally.,Drive sales by promoting products and offering competitive pricing.,Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory levels.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.,Assist in the training of new staff members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer skills, including email and spreadsheet software.,Willingness to work remotely and independently.,Passionate about customer service and sales.
