Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase market share,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales activities,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty,Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of sales and marketing initiatives,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various digital channels,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a digital or e-commerce environment,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth,Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Experience in the Indonesian market is a plus
