GENIUS COOLING TOWERS GLOBAL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our Entrepreneur Resorts Division in Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of our luxury resorts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with a proven track record of managing financial operations and driving strategic financial planning.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the financial operations of the resort, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Develop and implement financial strategies to maximize profitability and ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the achievement of financial goals.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly financial statements and annual budgets.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial plans that align with the resort's strategic objectives.,Manage cash flow and liquidity, ensuring the resort has adequate funds to meet its obligations and opportunities.,Oversee the accounting and bookkeeping functions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
