📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and mentor junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Design and implement comprehensive test strategies and test plans to ensure the quality of our software products.
  • Conduct thorough testing of software applications, identifying and reporting defects and issues.
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve identified issues and ensure that software meets quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in software quality assurance.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our QA processes and tools, ensuring that we are always using the most effective and efficient methods.
  • Participate in code reviews and other development activities to ensure that our software is of the highest quality.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on test automation and manual testing.
  • Proven track record of success in leading QA teams and improving QA processes.
  • Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as Python, JavaScript, or Ruby.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
