In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Manage the sales team and provide coaching and mentoring.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
