📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with national early childhood education standards.
• Create a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children aged 2-6 years.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure a supportive and engaging learning experience for each child.
• Monitor and assess children's progress and development, providing regular feedback to parents.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development workshops.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the classroom.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's attendance, behavior, and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education.
• Certification in early childhood education (e.g., CPR, First Aid, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of national early childhood education standards and curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
