📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit customer locations to collect overdue payments and recover assets.
• Use GPS-enabled vehicles and our in-house repossession management system to track and recover assets.
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve overdue accounts and recover assets.
• Ensure all repossession activities are carried out in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Provide regular reports on the status of overdue accounts and asset recovery activities.
• Collaborate with the repossession team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successful asset recovery and customer management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate GPS-enabled vehicles.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to asset recovery.
