📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the NOC/SOC, ensuring 24/7 availability and performance of IT infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network and security issues, implementing quick and effective solutions.
• Respond to and manage security incidents, ensuring the protection of our digital assets.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations and support business objectives.
• Implement and maintain network and security policies and procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in network and security operations.
• Report on the performance and security of IT infrastructure to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in network and security operations, with a strong background in IT infrastructure management.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, CISA, or CISM are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a NOC/SOC team.
• Strong technical skills in network and security tools such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Splunk, and ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, including on-call shifts and weekends.
