As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing affiliate partners who align with our brand values and business objectives. You'll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to create and implement affiliate programs that drive traffic, conversions, and sales. With your expertise in affiliate marketing tools like AffiliateWP, Post Affiliate Pro, or similar platforms, you'll track performance, optimize campaigns, and report on key metrics to ensure we achieve our growth targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, recruit, and manage high-performing affiliate partners to drive traffic and sales.
• Create and implement affiliate marketing programs using platforms like AffiliateWP or Post Affiliate Pro.
• Track and analyze affiliate performance, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align affiliate strategies with business goals.
• Generate and present regular reports on affiliate performance, including key metrics like CPA, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
• Manage affiliate relationships, ensuring clear communication and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of affiliate marketing strategies to drive growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of success.
• Proven expertise in using affiliate marketing platforms like AffiliateWP, Post Affiliate Pro, or similar.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing automation tools is a plus.
