As a Director of Movable Asset Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and optimization of our movable asset portfolios, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.

With a strong background in asset management, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that enhance asset performance, reduce risks, and maximize returns. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as driving continuous improvement in our asset management processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the management and optimization of movable asset portfolios, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance asset performance, reduce risks, and maximize returns.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to asset management and financial reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement in asset management processes, leveraging tools such as SAP and Oracle.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the asset management team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive overall business performance and growth.
• Monitor and analyze asset performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement relevant strategies to enhance our competitive position.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in asset management, with a focus on movable assets.
• Strong knowledge of asset management principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proven track record of driving efficiency, compliance, and growth in asset management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
• Proficiency in using asset management software, including SAP and Oracle.
• Certifications such as Certified Asset Manager (CAM) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
