As an Admin Executive, you'll be responsible for managing administrative tasks that support the workshop's daily activities. This includes coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. You'll work closely with the workshop team to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain workshop inventory using SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.
- Process and maintain all workshop documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Assist in scheduling and managing workshop activities, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Support the workshop team in maintaining clean and organized workspaces.
- Handle administrative tasks related to vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative or support roles within logistics or supply chain.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent attention to accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
