📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of architects and interior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects meet client expectations and industry standards.
• Develop innovative and sustainable architectural solutions that reflect Bali's unique culture and environment.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into stunning, functional spaces.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in architecture and interior design.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural or interior design, with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of Bali's culture, environment, and architectural traditions.
• Certification in sustainable design practices (e.g., LEED, BREEAM, or WELL) is a plus.
